Helical Gear Motor 




A helical gear motor is a type of motor which is working as  a helical gear to transmission power and motion between two shafts. 


The helical  has a spiral-shaped tooth, which helps  for smoother and easier operation than traditional spur gears.


Basily a helical gair motor main components are  a housing, a motor, a gear train, and a output shaft. 


Electric helical gear motors, such as DC or AC motors, are used, and a connection links the motor to the gear train.

 

The gear train is  a set of helical gears. To get the desired speed and Torque the gear train are arranged in a specific configuration. The output shaft is connect with gear train and help to delivers power and motion to the load.

The helical gear motor is commonly used in various applications.For instant  industrial, robotics, and automotive. In industrial applications, helical gear motors are used in conveyors, pumps, and compressors, where high torque and low speed are needed..


 In robotics industry , helical gear motors are used in robotic arms and grippers, because of high precision and smooth motion . 


Helical gear motors are used in  power steering, transmission, and differential systems in Auntomative applictions where high speed and low torque are needed .
